The previous 22 civilians were reported after tropical storm Mirinae punched on Monday, spoiling hundreds of houses and displacing thousands within a region still reeling from the impact of Typhoon Ketsana just over one month earlier.

It was reported there are nine provinces have been affected with the provinces of Phu Yen and Gia Lai among the worst-hit, distress a number of of the most harsh floods sighted within numerous decades.

By using speed boat soldiers have been allocating instant noodles, water and else relief supplies to the victims in flooded areas, whilst combat helicopters were also tumbling food within many isolated areas.

Floods visit part of China, causing few hundred thousands to escape from their homes. Heavy rains coupled with strong winds quickly flooded low lying areas, affecting many who resided along these places. Fast moving water gushes through the land, leading to landslides that stripped houses and apartments off the ground. As many as 16 people have been reported dead, while a couple more are still missing.

China now shares similar natural disaster threat as its neighbouring country Vietnam. Vietnam also reported a total of 15 death. Local authorities of both countries fear that death toll would still rise in this rainy season.

Vietnam has been severely affected due floods generated by the unseasonable heavy rains pouring down in the past few days.
The fierce floods have taken lives of 5 people and kept many members trapped in homes in restless positions.

As much as 8 to 16 inches of rain has been recorded over the central province in the last four days alone.
Thousands of homes are submerged due to the floods leaving innocent people homeless and with grief.
Quang Nam, a city in Vietnam has received a geographical change with its streets turning into overflowing streams. A lot of rice fields have also been destroyed due to these heavy rains.

The geographical placement of Vietnam creates the route for the place to receive such high rainfalls.
Generally the monsoon takes birth in the month of September and comes to an end during this time.
2008 was a particularly bad year for flooding in Vietnam. In October, the capital Hanoi suffered the worst floods seen in the region for 35 years.

Reports of rain dying out have been commenced and the levels of rivers are also falling down but the threat of further heavy rains is still not dismissed.

Death toll rose to 80 people in what is said to be the fiercest floods Vietnam has ever seen in 25 years.
Central and Northern regions have been receiving continuous heavy rainfalls, not giving any time to recover. With the water flooding everywhere it is getting really difficult for the rescue team to extend their help.
More than 500 millimetres (20 inches) of rain has fallen on Hanoi since Friday, turning streets into rivers. Floodwaters have inundated more than 100,000 homes and destroyed nearly 600,000 acres of rice and vegetable crops.
Forecasters are expecting the showers to continue for a few more days, rescue teams are working to save as many casualties as possible

Vietnam has been with the heaviest rain falls recorded since 1934.
Rains have been pouring all week flooding all the streets and turning highways into flowing rivers.
Since the time of the rain fall atleast 20 people have been reported dead and many more stranded away from their homes.
Places like Capitol and Hanoi have experienced the worst fate of all, with more than half of the city sub merged.
By Friday rains have eased from the central parts but they may continue to pour in the northern regions.
If the rain continues to pour at the same rate, forecasters predict the threat of further flash floods and land slides.

Flash floods and landslides caused by tropical storm kills at least 62 people. Dozens of people are missing and villages are cut off in Lao Cai region. Tropical storm Kammuri hit china with rain and winds earlier in the week. Kammuri is the ninth tropical storm this year.
