Beijing, Nov 14 -  Unexpected snow fumes across northern China have slaughtered at least 40 population and reduced assemblies and ravaged some thousand acres of winter crop.

In a assertion on its website, Civil Affairs Ministry’s on Friday, 19 said that 19 of the deaths were due to traffic misfortunes related to the storms. The previous 22 civilians were reported after tropical storm Mirinae punched on Monday, spoiling hundreds of houses and displacing thousands within a region still reeling from the impact of Typhoon Ketsana just over one month earlier.

It was reported there are nine provinces have been affected with the provinces of Phu Yen and Gia Lai among the worst-hit, distress a number of of the most harsh floods sighted within numerous decades.

By using speed boat soldiers have been allocating instant noodles, water and else relief supplies to the victims in flooded areas, whilst combat helicopters were also tumbling food within many isolated areas.

MANILA, Philippines, Oct. 4 (UPI) — A Typhoon called Parma slain about 15 persons in the Philippines and was anticipated to stall, discarding more rainfall on the storm-drenched isles,   agents said.

Twelve persons past away in two landslides that enclosed their dwellings in Benquet province, encompassing two young children ages 8 and 12 in Sitio Manganese in Ampukao town in Itogon town.

Tropical storms have always been a matter of concern for the people of Philippines.
In the recent past the country has suffered from both land and life loss due to heavy hurricanes and major storms.

This time Tropical storm Nangka showered its wrath on the residents of the country by destroying many homes and causing heavy floods.
Few Fishermen who left the shore right before the storm have been confirmed dead along with an infant, which went missing during the initial stages of flooding.

Heavy flooding over the streets and across the country is creating difficulties for the rescue team and people to move to safety.
Hundreds of homes have been destroyed and thousands of members are left stranding.
Officials are taking maximum caution in avoiding more life loss and arranging rehabilitation camps along with food and water.

The frequency of the storm is expected to have lowered down and the worst is hopefully over. But for the people who lost their loved ones the storm has left nothing but bitterness.

The Meteorological team of Australia has dismissed the threat of Tropical Cyclone Innis making a landfall on New Caledonian islands.
But there still might a little after effect threat to the eastern part of the continent where heavy rains are expected to affect the area drastically.
Surfers have been warned not to set surfing in the next few days and the coasts have been secured, by restricting the visitors.

A small storm is still moving around the South coast causing heavy rains and major devastation to the places there.
As much as 10 to 30 mm of rainfall has been recorded from Sydney. But the storm is expected to ease off in the next few days.

A new storm seems to have shaping in the Tasman Sea, which is expected to move towards New Zealand. But the officials are not taking a chance and are still monitoring the storm’s activity.

A potentially destructive storm is expected to hit the lands of Northern California in the coming week.
The storm is traveling at high speeds and is expected to make landfall by Monday on Northern California.

Many places in California have been receiving rains since few weeks which have the pressure of drought that have been pounding on them.
But this storm which is expected to spread heavy rains and dump chunks of snow might cause problems to the current situation.

Sierra Nevada Mountains will be the first land to see the colors of the snow fall, where the rains will make their mark starting from Los Angeles to San Diego.

Precautionary warnings have been given to areas which are considered to pose a threat by this storm.
After making its landfall in the North the storm is expected to travel South East into USA.

France receives the most devastating storm ever

fThis Saturday France has encountered one of the worst storms since the devastating storm in 1988, which claimed over 80 lives.

The Atlantic depression which was observed a couple of days ago have intensified while passing through the warm waters western Atlantic and landed in the North West part of France.

It was in the early hours that the storm has landed in the city of Nantes, with winds flowing at 172 km/h.
Slowly the storm progressed into deep France where most of the cities have been shook by the fierce winds and heavy rains.

Many trees have been uprooted by the heavy winds which are blowing away the peace of the country. As a result most of the places around that region are out of power and are having problems with navigation and communication.
The course of the storm is detected south and is expected to die down in the due course.

As if problems caused by the early snow fall weren’t enough for France and Spain, a new problem has just been surfaced by the Meteorological department of both the countries.
They say that a tropical low depression presently in Atlantic will soon run through the cities expected to create havoc and devastation.
Researchers are afraid that the low pressure storm might build up its intensity before hitting the land.
Spain would be the first in line to receive the storm. Tracking the path of the storm it is expected to show up in the northern Spain, where already several gale winds and heavy snow fall are in course of their devastation.
With the storm increasing the rate of the climatic changes heavy rainfalls are expected to pour down the country in the next few days.
Once the winds pick up speed they will head towards southern France and then move onto the Northern Italy.
Due to heavy snow fall and mist Public service sectors are already facing problems in clearing the snow from the roads, making transport difficult.
Now with the help of the storm and heavy rains blizzards are expected to form in such places.
Warnings have been issued to most of the places and members from sensitive areas are being shifted to safe areas to avoid any life damage.
