The Midwest and Northeast parts of USA have been experiencing early winter this year, with heavy snowfall which have been a menace to people.
With the strong cold winter storm arriving, the situation is just going to get worse.

Reports suggest that the storm will be landing over the south east in the next 24 hours.

Northern plains will be the first to receive the storm, after which the storm will continue its course towards Great Lakes, Ohio and the Deep South bringing drastic changes in the climatic conditions in these places.

Afterwards the storm is expected to continue its course towards the North eastern states causing the temperatures to dip down to very low temperatures, which the place haven’t experienced since 1994.

The maximum temperature the New Yorkers are experiencing these days is 3C and in nights the temperature is as low as -18C, making survival difficult for people there.

Heavy snow fall has been reported from the country of Tibet. The snowfall has been reported to a mind boggling 1.5 meter of snow coverage; in certain places it moved up to 3 meters also.
Atleast 9 people are reported to have lost their lives in the country due to the effect of the snow fall.
The people who have passed away have been reported to have lost their lives by freezing to death or crushed by the building which couldn’t bear the weight of snow.
The clean up program is on way in search of survivors in Lhokha’s country. The destroyed buildings and the snow blocked roads are making the task even more difficult for the rescuers.
Telecommunications were knocked out across the region and more 140,000 head of livestock perished in the cold.

Heavy snow fall is making it difficult for the survivors of Tibet to recover from the earth quake hit.
Temperatures went down drastically when the snow started falling in the eastern part of Tibet.
According to the reports two members are dead and many missing. The heavy snow fall has resulted in road blocks, power shortages etc. Survivors have been living in tents from the time of the earth quake, but the heavy snow fall has made that also difficult.
Relief materials consisting of food and blankets are hard to catch on to with the heavy winds flowing.
Heavy snowstorms are rare for this part of Tibet in October, and temperatures are unseasonably cold. In Lhasa, the regional capital, the average maximum temperature in October is 17C (63F), but yesterday the high was just 8C (46F). The wet season for Tibet is generally March to September, so should be soon coming to an end.
