Storm in China killed many of the people.

Unexpected snow storm across northern China have slaughtered at least 40 population and reduced assemblies and ravaged some thousand acres of winter crop.
In a assertion on its website, Civil Affairs Ministry’s on Friday, 19 said that 19 of the deaths were due to traffic misfortunes related to the storms. More than seven million population have been washed higher or otherwise influenced by the fumes which started Nov 9. The fumes have reduced 500,000 acres (200,000 hectares) of winter crops and have caused an presumed fiscal losses of 4.5 billion yuan (US $659 mn), the ministry said. This is the heaviest blizzard the countryside has supposed ever since it commenced recording it in 1949.
