The previous 22 civilians were reported after tropical storm Mirinae punched on Monday, spoiling hundreds of houses and displacing thousands within a region still reeling from the impact of Typhoon Ketsana just over one month earlier.

It was reported there are nine provinces have been affected with the provinces of Phu Yen and Gia Lai among the worst-hit, distress a number of of the most harsh floods sighted within numerous decades.

By using speed boat soldiers have been allocating instant noodles, water and else relief supplies to the victims in flooded areas, whilst combat helicopters were also tumbling food within many isolated areas.

Tropical storms have always been a matter of concern for the people of Philippines.
In the recent past the country has suffered from both land and life loss due to heavy hurricanes and major storms.

This time Tropical storm Nangka showered its wrath on the residents of the country by destroying many homes and causing heavy floods.
Few Fishermen who left the shore right before the storm have been confirmed dead along with an infant, which went missing during the initial stages of flooding.

Heavy flooding over the streets and across the country is creating difficulties for the rescue team and people to move to safety.
Hundreds of homes have been destroyed and thousands of members are left stranding.
Officials are taking maximum caution in avoiding more life loss and arranging rehabilitation camps along with food and water.

The frequency of the storm is expected to have lowered down and the worst is hopefully over. But for the people who lost their loved ones the storm has left nothing but bitterness.

Heavy rains resulted in heavy flooding on the streets of North Yorkshire Village.

Water flooded on every nook and corner, passengers were trapped in cars and other vehicles that caught up in between the water.
Rains poured down heavily for four hours straight which resulted in massive water storage on the streets.

Rescue teams were finding it difficult to reach the victims who were trapped near Askwith due to the bad weather.
In the meanwhile locals took the responsibility upon them and helped the victims out of their vehicles and moved them to much safer place.

The continuous pouring is making it really difficult to lend help for all the victims but rescue teams are doing their best to keep everyone out of trouble.
No lose of life has yet been reported but worse is yet to come with the storm picking up over the ocean.

Problems save the day for California State. Floods rescue to the country which was suffering from drought problems.

California State has been experiencing number of problems due to severe drought in the country.
Very less amount of rainfall has been recorded than expected in the country since November.

These rainfalls are happily welcomed by the drought hit areas. But at the same time they are behaving as menace by inundating other places.
Los Angeles has become a victim of it. The place received heavy rainfall, with chunks of snow falling in the hilly areas.

Officials believe that this is just the start of the monsoon and stronger storms can be expected in the following few months.

Streets and roads of Washington State have been inundated with flood water.

Excess melting ice from the mountains combined with the heavy torrential rains is the problem responsible for the flood waters.

All the rivers in the city have swelled beyond limit allowing more water to flow into the city.
All the residents have been evacuated to safer locations until this flood in under control.
The most severely hit place is in West Washington where around 7 inches of rain has been recorded in the past 24 hours.

Many deaths have been reported due to Avalanches in the mountain routes, so to be on safer side all the mountain routes have been shut down for the moment.
Due to severe flooding the highway between Seattle and Portland in Oregon has also been closed

Vietnam has been severely affected due floods generated by the unseasonable heavy rains pouring down in the past few days.
The fierce floods have taken lives of 5 people and kept many members trapped in homes in restless positions.

As much as 8 to 16 inches of rain has been recorded over the central province in the last four days alone.
Thousands of homes are submerged due to the floods leaving innocent people homeless and with grief.
Quang Nam, a city in Vietnam has received a geographical change with its streets turning into overflowing streams. A lot of rice fields have also been destroyed due to these heavy rains.

The geographical placement of Vietnam creates the route for the place to receive such high rainfalls.
Generally the monsoon takes birth in the month of September and comes to an end during this time.
2008 was a particularly bad year for flooding in Vietnam. In October, the capital Hanoi suffered the worst floods seen in the region for 35 years.

Reports of rain dying out have been commenced and the levels of rivers are also falling down but the threat of further heavy rains is still not dismissed.
