Ferry Sinks
As the boats hit, many of the 50 passengers were thrown off the ferry and into the Nile. At this time there are dozens of passengers still missing. At this point, only 3 of the deceased have been found. 2 of them were children. They were found in the area of the accident.
The boats collided on near the town of Rashid on Friday. On Saturday, the rescue teams were still searching for the missing. It is difficult for the teams searching due to the closed in area of the Nile where the accident happened.
6 of the passengers had to be sent to the hospital and were kept.
