MANILA, Philippines, Oct. 4 (UPI) — A Typhoon called Parma slain about 15 persons in the Philippines and was anticipated to stall, discarding more rainfall on the storm-drenched isles,   agents said.

Twelve persons past away in two landslides that enclosed their dwellings in Benquet province, encompassing two young children ages 8 and 12 in Sitio Manganese in Ampukao town in Itogon town.

Three other victims were described Saturday as Parma moved over the to the north tilt of the isle, GMANews.TV described Sunday.
