The typhoon returned to the sea moving into the South China Sea and was down graded to a tropical storm as it lost it’s ferocity.
Electricity was out across Manila on Saturday. The storm wasn’t as severe as what had been expected but it still contained a great deal of rain and high wind.
Houses that were not made well, were taken away by the high waters and wind. People were trying their best to collect personal items before they were gone.
A country that has already been ravaged by three other typhoons with flooding, high winds and loss of lives, had to face yet another.
The month is now over. Hopefully things will improve and people who have been evaculated will be able to move back home.
