Mirinae storm in Vietnam(update death victims)

Vietnam government have stepped up rescue and relief campaigns as soon as a mighty storm deserted at least 99 civilians dead within the country’s central region.

The previous 22 civilians were reported after tropical storm Mirinae punched on Monday, spoiling hundreds of houses and displacing thousands within a region still reeling from the impact of Typhoon Ketsana just over one month earlier.

It was reported there are nine provinces have been affected with the provinces of Phu Yen and Gia Lai among the worst-hit, distress a number of of the most harsh floods sighted within numerous decades.

By using speed boat soldiers have been allocating instant noodles, water and else relief supplies to the victims in flooded areas, whilst combat helicopters were also tumbling food within many isolated areas.
