
Strong winds flowed through parts of Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The winds were flowing at a mind staggering 100 Mph, with the highest being recorded as 108 Mph at Belmullet in County Mayo, Ireland.
Due to the strong winds a tree has fallen on a car parked near by claiming the life of a member who was trapped in it.
All the public services which include police, hospitals and fire service have been kept busy through out the day with people trapped everywhere due to these heavy winds.
Roads have been blocked; power supply has been cut down due to this havoc.
Atlantic depression was observed moving towards the country a few days ago. As it reached closer and closer to the country it intensity grew and turned into a huge storm.
The cold air that followed the storm is expected to give rise to snow fall that will stay in the country all week.
