Cyclone threat for the state of Queensland

Most probable threat of a cyclone has been detected by the Australian Meteorological department.

Warnings have been issued to most of the state preparing them for the situation ahead.
In the early hours it has been observed that Tropical Cyclone Charlotte has developed from a tropical low only with in a few moments.

The cyclone is currently moving towards Queensland with speed of its winds between 63 and 88 Km/hr. It is monitored under with a Category 1 label on it.
But as it moves east over the warm winds of Gulf the Cyclone is expected to pick speeds upto 117 Km/hr before making a lad fall on the north of Queensland.

Residents on the coast between Mornington Island and Aurukun have been specifically warned to expect damaging waves and flooding of some low-lying areas.
