There were around 60 people watching a football game when the blaze erupted in the gambling hall. However, most of deaths were not caused by fire but due to excessive inhalation of smoke. Security measures and services department says that hallways were jammed by many coin machines and obviously the fire safety ordinance was seriously violated. Officials have undertaken an investigation of the cause of the fire and they believed that the culprit of the tragedy was a coin machine in the gambling hall.
