Conditions in California are still red flag, there is high temperature, humidity and now wind. 10 000 people from Paradise city are ordered to leave they homes because fire is coming. Californian firefighters got help from 2500 trained inmates. Inmates are helping to fight the fire. Californian tourism is still pretty active, no matter there is fire. Arnold Schwarzenegger ask for federal troops to come and help versus fire. There is still not enough crew to fight this monster.
