Security forces in Nigeria are over on high watchful following an assault  on a settlement close to the habitation of Jos, which murdered at least 13 people. There hundreds of people have been murdered in sectarian hostility in the environs in the past few months. A dusk-to-dawn curfew has been enforced by the Nigerian soldiers throughout the habitation of Jos since January, but still population are being brutally murdered. In the current hostility, onlookers declare Muslim herders disguised as combatants assailed a predominantly Christian settlement putting to death more than a dozen population, mostly women and children. The attackers smacked at after dark and reported employed machetes to butcher their victims before destroying homes. Survivors declare some of their family members are still missing. The killings are trusted to be connected to a feud between the nomadic Muslim gathering Fulani and the Berom, who are Christian farmers.
