Now there has been another one. Possibly more then 10 passengers died when the train they were riding in wrecked into a train loaded with goods. The accident happened in the south part of Pakistan. The train engineer apparantly did not see a signal.
The train that was full of goods was sitting at a train station close to the town of Karachi. It was not moving when the the Allama Iqbal Express ran into it.
The first 2 cars of the train suffered the most damage. Over 24 people were hurt.
There was a loud explosive type sound as the trains collided. The signal was not closed right allowing the train to wreck into the other train. It happened at 1100.
Many people are searching and using special gear to cut out sections of the train and reach people inside. Once they get to them they put them in ambulances and send them to the hospital.
