Witnesses of the strike recalled seeing the first missile targeting at militants, who were firing repeated at the drone from an anti-aircraft vehicle. It is believed that four people have been killed when the missile hit both the vehicle and a building near it. The second missile landed on another nearby village, targeting a vehicle. Taleban fighters were reported to have gathered in the village to bury the bodies of the dead.
Pakistani government is facing pressure from the opposition, which pressed to either counter US military strikes or to bring up the issue to the United Nations. Though US drone activities are believed to be targeting the Taleban and al-Qaeda, however, much of what have been done had affected many Pakistani tribal areas.
