That is the note left by the members of the group who bound and blindfolded 12 federal police officers along a mountain road in Michoacan a state of Mexico. The police officers were tormented, killed and their bodies were just ditched along side the road.
One woman and 11 men were killed. The horrible act seems to have taken place by some mobs in revenge for the arrest of a few of the gangs upper leaders.
The president, Felipe Calderon has promised that they will continue to go after these leaders and will not back off by acts such as this.
This is one of the biggest losses for the federal police force to have suffered at one time. It appears that the ferocity of these acts are becoming worse.
The presidents home state of Michoacan seems to be being hit hard by this type of action since he has been going after the drug leaders more aggressively.
This particular act is contributed to the apprehension of a possible drug head member, Arnoldo Rueda Medina. He is also called La Minsa and is one of the older members of the La Familia Michoacana drug lord.
The apprehension of La Minsa resulted in a series of assaults, most of them in Michoacan. These assaults have resulted in the deaths of many police officers and 2 soldiers.
The arrest of La Minsa seems to have caused a big disturbance to the drug trafficing operations and it’s not being taken well. The state of Michoacan has become a battle field for the battle to clean out the drugs and the gangs from Mexico. There have been 45,000 military pesonnel sent out into Mexico to fight this war with the drug gangs.
