    Volcano erupts in North – Eastern region of Afar

    According to the reports Lava from a volcano, situated in the North – Eastern Afar zone has covered a record are of 300 sq km (115 sq miles).
    According to the researches no volcano in that area has recorded such a huge cover of land.
    Depending on the local reports, the eruption of the volcano has resulted in a mild earth quake in the near by area but luckily there were no injuries or deaths recorded.When Mount Erta Ale, Ethiopia’s only active volcano, erupted in 2005, it displaced thousands of people.
    It is in the Danakil Depression, one of the lowest and hottest places on earth, which is known for its salt mines.

    On fourth July Hawaii Kilauea volcano have started to erupt lava. Volcano was pumping lava 150 feet in the air. Kilauea was erupting lava since 1983 year. We wish Kilauea to erupt for another 25 years.

    Chile declares volcano red alert. Llaima is considered one of most active volcanoes in South America. “There is renewed activity as lava is flowing towards the Calbuco River,” Juan Cayupi, a volcanologist at the state National Emergency Office said. “[The lava] has reached around 800 to 1,000m from the crater,” he said.
    Llama last eruption was on New Year. Chile chain of 2000 volcanoes is second in world after Indonesia.
