    In the southern region of Iraq, between the cities of Kut and Baghdad, a sticky bomb engaged to a motorcoach went off killing no fewer then 11 people on Monday. There were 4 adult females and 2 minors that perished in the detonation.

    Over 11 others were injured in the detonation.

    Since USA forces started removing troops last June, the attacks have intensified but an aspect of the whole level of force has shown a down fall.

    Even so, the violence has caused the Iraqi people to have doubts as to how safe they are  That is what the rebel forces are hoping for. They want the people to question the government. To bring about panic amongst the citizens.

    Only a few days ago, two trucks carrying bombs exploded killing approximately 95 people. It was the worse attack yet this year.

    11 People Perish in Coal Mine Blast

    In China on Tuesday morning, while workers were in the coal mine doing their job, an unexpected gas blast raged through the mine shafts taking the lives of roughly 11 workers.

    The mine is located in the north area of Chinese Shanxi in the town of Jinzhong and it owned by the Xingguang Company.

    There have been two workers saved, but another three are still not located. They are continuing rescue operations searching for the missing.

    Last  year, about 3,200 workers perished in mine accidents. This makes working in mines the most dangerous job on the earth.

    China is working at improving the conditions of the mines and setting better safety criteria for them to help insure the safety of the workers. Due to assorted reasons, possibly not being safe and other hazzards, some of the less in size mines have shut down in the last months.

    Destructive fast moving flames started last Friday in Greece. The air currents have fueled the 90 different region flames that have destroyed hundreds of private dwellings and 15,000 hectares. Hectares is a French measurement of 2.47 acres. This means they have destroyed more then 15,000 acres.

    Water supply drop-offs from helicopters and planes have been constantly discharging water on the flames during the daylight hours. Italy has dispatched 2 of their water dropping planes to help with the discharges. Cyprus is also planning on lending a helicopter. Greece has called on the European Union for aide  last Saturday.

    The winds had calmed down a bit allowing the firefighters to feel they were gaining on the fires, but on Monday, the winds are expected to pick up force again which will enable to fires to spread quickly.

    As of this time no deaths from the fire have been reported. There were 20,000 people relocated out of Athens for safety reasons on Sunday. As many as 10,000 chose  to remain behind to try and protect their homes and belongings.

    A state of emergency has been announced by the Prime Minister. They moved children and adults out of two hospitals for children, some summer camps, a monastery and a home for the aged on Sunday.

    The fires originated in Grammatiko on Friday which is on the northeastern side of Athens. The wind conditions fueled the flames which are now causing the most devastation from fires since 2007. In those fires, 65 people perished and thousands of hectares of woodland was scorched.

    “It was a drone assault. The projectile directed at a home in Dandey Darpa Khel,” he said, augmenting that the erected structure was horribly stained. “There are 19 bodies have been found,” said the agent, who had ahead assign the death price at nine.
    “Those dispatched in the drone assault were all militants. Some of them were Afghan Taliban, other people were restricted militants,” another agent said. There was no high-value objective, he added.

    Children Are Getting Sick

    In China, in towns near a smelter in the state of Hunan, Children are getting sick.

    Over 1.300 children have become ill with toxic lead levels from the factories. They have now shut down the second factory. The first one shut down when over 600 children developed  lead poisoning.

    There has been 2 of the head members of the factory held for questioning on the toxic conditions.

    When you start dealing with children getting sick, parents will step up to defend their rights and ask questions more then other times. In this case on Monday, parents had become furious enough that they illegally went a factory near Baoji looking for answers.

    The toxic poisoning is the most harmful to children less then 6 years of age. It can cause many health issues, affect their abilitly to learn and cause seizures.

    A little 10 month old baby girl  has lost her hair and become ill that lives near a factory. All the children that have been sickened by the toxic condition are less then 14 years of age.

    The parents, after suspecting that the factories  were the cause for the sickness their children are experiencing, set up a barricade to make the officials aware of what is happening to their children.

    Of the 600 youngsters showing signs of the  toxic condition, about 150 of them had to be cared for at the hospital.

    There are 1,354 youngsters living near the factory in Hunan in 4 different towns located close to the Wugang Manganese Smeltering factory that have been examined and show an unreasonable amount of lead in their systems.

    China has seen a lot of economic growth over the past 20 years or so resulting in a lot of air, soil and water becoming polluted. It has gone to far when children are getting sick.
